Application:
This machine is widely used for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, pesticide, metal, plastic products and special products in the industry. And it is suitable to pack large granular products and irregular shape products automatically,such as non-sticky cool fruit, large candy, sugar, salt, coffee beans, rice, beans, peanuts, sunflower seeds, gains, nuts, potato chips, peanuts, popcorn,cereals, tea, fish balls, frozen dumplings, washing powder, desiccants, hardware parts,etc.
You can choose to install gas exhau EPT device,inflatable device, coding printer device,2-99 bags in chains device,etc.
Functions and Features:
1. This machine automatically complete : volume/weight measuring–date code printing(optional)–bag forming–material filling–gas inflatable/exhau EPT (optional)–bag sealing–bag counting, and manual putting material on the tray.
2. Photoelectri.c and tracing system or computer system can be provided without your specific requirements.
3. The PLC controller has the advantages such as setting the length of the bag; the out put alarm and the speed and quantity with buttons;
4. This machine can be installed to coding printer for 1-3 lines characters such as production,expiry date and batch number according to your special request.
5. The machine parts contacting the food material are made of stainless steel to ensure the hygiene and sanitation.
6.Applicable bag material:Paper/PE, PT/PE, PET/AL/PE, BOPP/PE, Tea filter paper and EPT compound materia EPT can be heat sealed.
